3. Processing when you visit the website
When this website is accessed, technically required access data is processed in server logs (e.g. date and time of access, requested URL, volume of data transferred, referrer, and user agent).
The IP address is truncated (anonymized) on the server before it is logged; full IP addresses are not stored, and individual visitors cannot be identified from the log data.
Purpose: technical delivery, stability, and security of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
Retention: log data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and is deleted afterwards.
4. Processing on our behalf and recipients
This website and the associated email service run on servers administered by us, located in a data center within the European Union (Germany). Day-to-day operation, including logging and telemetry, is carried out exclusively by us.
The infrastructure / data-center provider cannot technically rule out access to personal data (e.g. during maintenance, backup, or recovery) and is, to that extent, bound as a processor acting on our instructions; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
No personal data is disclosed to any other third parties.
5. Cookies, tracking, and external content
This website uses no cookies, no tracking, and no analytics or statistics tools.
Fonts are served locally from this server; no external services (e.g. font, CDN, or analytics providers) are embedded.

This website itself contains no contact form. You can reach us by email at info@textwerk10.de.

If you use that form, your details are first processed by the provider of that service on its platform (its own privacy policy applies there) and forwarded to us so we can reply.
Details you submit by email or via the form (e.g. name, email address, message content) are processed solely to handle and respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
